We will begin processing your order as soon as possible after it is received.
Our T-Shirts are printed to order. We can normally turn around an order within 14 days however due to external factors such as supply of garments and printing please allow up to 28 days for UK deliveries. Worldwide deliveries are subject to the above plus the amount of extra time it takes to post an item from the UK to your country. If you need an item urgently or for a specific date please state this when ordering.
Please note that sometimes we will split orders and ship items seperatley.
We ship to most major countries, but should you find that you are not included on our lists, then please drop us a line and we will make ammendments as required. Please enquire about postage to countries outside the UK.
Please note that our t-shirts are printed to order. You order and we print them especially for you! For this reason we ask you to pay close attention to our conditions of use, size information, and delivery terms. Technically because our printed t-shirts are made specifically to your order we do not have to issue any refund, regardless of reason, however If you are not happy with your purchase please return it (unused) along with any packaging, wrapped and protected in re saleable condition, within 7 days of reciept, we will be happy to give you a full refund of the purchase price (exclusive of postage), issue a credit, or exhcange the product. We ask you to cover the cost of returning the goods to us.
All videos / DVDs sold by Tartan Red.com will be sold in protective wrapping and sealed. Please note that any videos / DVDs returned to us with a broken seal will not be liable for a refund.
Your feedback is important to us. If you are not happy we ask you to tell us why so that we can improve our service.
If you require replacement items sent we ask you to cover the cost of returning the goods to us but we will not require any additional postage charge to despatch your replacement item. You should return your package to:-
